- Qualification in Architecture or a related design discipline.
- 3 - 5 years' experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, or Designer in WA building industry
- Proficient in using BIM and AutoCAD
- Strong technical drafting and 3D modelling skills
- Ability to ensure all plans meet NCC, R-Codes, Shire policies, and developer guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and translate complex design requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team
- A Passion for Sustainable and Energy Efficiency in Buildings
- A passion for design excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Understands different types of Builds. NDIS and Duel-Keys.
