The role

- Advise on the development, procurement, and delivery of renewable energy and storage projects
- Draft and negotiate key project documents, including EPC, OEM supply, O&M;, connection, and offtake agreements
- Work on transactions, sell-downs, and investments across the energy transition, including FID-stage projects
- Advise clients navigating government schemes such as the Capacity Investment Scheme and state-based tenders
- Collaborate with finance,



corporate, and regulatory colleagues on complex, multi-disciplinary matters
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and build your own client relationships

What you'll bring

- Solid PQE in energy, projects, or infrastructure, ideally from a top-tier or international firm
- Hands-on experience with renewables or energy project work (BESS, hydrogen, or transmission highly regarded)
- A commercial, practical approach that clients trust
- Confidence running matters with minimal supervision
- Admission to practice in Australia
