Join a major telecommunications infrastructure program supporting the design and delivery of next-generation fibre networks across New South Wales.

C2 is seeking an experienced an experienced Senior Business / Process Analyst who has worked on large-scale fibre deployment or telecommunications infrastructure programs and can bring deep expertise in network design, construction delivery, process improvement and operational governance.

This is a hands-on role working closely with program leadership, delivery teams, designers, construction partners and stakeholders to optimise delivery processes, identify dependencies and drive successful outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior Business / Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing, documenting and improving the end-to-end processes that support fibre network deployment programs.

You will work across planning, design, construction and operational stakeholders to identify process gaps, define requirements, improve workflows and support the successful delivery of network infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Map and optimise workflows across fibre design, construction and delivery functions.
- Facilitate workshops with technical and operational stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
- Develop process maps, business cases, requirements documentation and operational procedures.
- Work closely with delivery, engineering and construction teams to support program objectives.




- Support governance and reporting activities through data analysis and performance insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across major infrastructure programs.
- Assist with vendor and stakeholder engagement activities.

Essential Experience

- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within telecommunications or infrastructure delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting fibre network deployment programs.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications network design and construction lifecycles.
- Knowledge of SAED (Survey, Audit, Engineering and Design) processes and associated dependencies.
- Experience working across network planning, design, construction and commissioning activities.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Highly Desirable

- Experience with fibre network operators, telecommunications carriers or major infrastructure delivery organisations.
- Experience working alongside Tier 1 construction delivery partners.
- Knowledge of project delivery frameworks and operational governance processes.
- Experience using Visio, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and reporting tools.
