Data#3 is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a range of business process and system improvement initiatives within a major operational function at a leading University.

This role is focused on driving efficiency, enabling smarter ways of working, and ensuring identified improvement opportunities are successfully implemented and adopted.

? The Prospect

This is not a discovery-heavy engagement. The improvement opportunities have already been identified. The focus is on execution, delivery, stakeholder engagement and ensuring meaningful business outcomes are achieved.

You will work closely with operational and technical stakeholders to implement process improvements, digitise manual activities and support the transition to more efficient and sustainable ways of working.

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver a portfolio of Continuous Improvement initiatives across business processes and systems.

✅ Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping.

✅ Identify opportunities to automate or digitise manual workflows.

✅ Gather and document requirements for system and process enhancements.

✅ Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.





✅ Drive stakeholder adoption through communication, training and change support activities.

✅ Monitor progress and report against agreed outcomes and objectives.

About You

You will bring

? Proven experience delivering process improvement initiatives as a Business Analyst.

? Strong process mapping skills across current and future state environments.

? Experience automating or digitising operational business processes.

? Demonstrated success supporting business change and user adoption.

? Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation.

? The ability to quickly establish credibility and contribute from the outset

⭐ Desirable Experience

➕ CRM platform experience.

➕ Lean, Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
