- Lead strategic communications and digital content solutions that support major transformation and change initiatives across Personal Banking.

- Partner with senior leaders to develop compelling messaging, engagement strategies and executive communications that drive adoption and readiness.

- Create and optimise digital experiences, SharePoint sites and knowledge hubs that improve colleague engagement and self-service outcomes.

In the role of Senior Consultant Comms & Digital Content, you will join the PB Change Enablement team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies that support business priorities and change outcomes.

- Creating executive presentations, leadership messaging, change campaigns and communication materials for diverse audiences.

- Partnering with Change Managers and senior stakeholders to align communication activities with broader transformation objectives.

- Managing and enhancing SharePoint sites, digital communication channels and online content platforms to improve user experience.

- Analysing communication effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements to content, engagement and adoption outcomes.

You’ll bring to this role:

- Significant experience in change communications, internal communications, employee engagement or related disciplines.





- Exceptional written communication, storytelling and content development capabilities.

- Proven ability to simplify complex business, operational and technology concepts into clear and engaging communications.

- Experience developing communication strategies, executive communications and digital content solutions in complex environments.

- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills, with experience working with senior leaders.
