We're looking for someone who knows Queensland conveyancing inside out.

You should be able to confidently manage your own matters from instruction through to settlement, anticipate issues before they arise, and provide the level of judgement and expertise you'd expect from someone at the top of their profession.

We're talking about someone who knows the Queensland legislation, contracts, titles, searches, easements, body corporate matters, statutory requirements, settlement processes and the nuances that can make or break a transaction.

We want someone who can walk in and own it.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Extensive hands-on experience in Queensland conveyancing.
- Deep knowledge of Queensland contracts, legislation, titles, searches and settlements.
- The ability to independently manage complex matters from start to finish.
- Excellent judgement,



organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
- Extensive PEXA and electronic settlement experience.
- The confidence to identify and solve problems without needing to be told what to do next.

Years of experience matter. Depth of experience matters more. BROWNIE POINTS FOR INTERSTATE EXPERIENCE.

Queensland expertise is non-negotiable.

But if you’ve also worked on Victorian matters, NSW matters or conveyancing in other Australian jurisdictions — brownie points.

Your interstate experience is the bonus. Your Queensland expertise is the requirement.

YOU’LL HAVE SUPPORT.

You’ll have support staff to assist with the administrative side of your matters, together with solicitor supervision and support where required.

You’ll still own your files — you just won’t be expected to do everything yourself.
