- PTA 5 $116,655 pa plus 12% superannuation

About The Role

As the Senior Coordinator - Learning Design, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of learning design projects that build capability across CFA. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the Learning Design team, ensuring work is prioritised, aligned to business needs and delivered to agreed timeframes and quality standards.

Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across CFA, you will translate operational, regulatory and strategic requirements into engaging, practical learning solutions. You will oversee the team's workflow, support continuous improvement and contribute directly to the design and development of learning programs, resources and curricula.

This is a dynamic role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, learning design expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment. You will play a key role in ensuring learning solutions are contemporary, compliant and aligned with CFA's operational objectives and service delivery requirements.

About You

- Tertiary degree in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent and an understanding of the arrangements, standards,



and setting of an RTO (advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to inform, design and improve learning solutions.
- Proven leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from team members.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable and achievable workplans, aligning priorities, resources and activities to deliver effective outcomes.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and written communication ability including process writing, editorial skills and development of materials aligned to curriculum, regulatory and/or legislative requirements. Ability to present to a wide range of audiences.
- Proven ability to work within a project framework with skills and experience to manage multiple and complex projects concurrently.
- Experience in digital learning design and development, including the application of learning technologies, LMS platforms and digital solutions to enhance training delivery.
- Experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement and assessment validation within a regulated training environment.
