Senior Creative, The Content Works

Open to full time, part time or freelance arrangements for the right person.

The Content Works is a Sydney social and creative agency working with some of the most considered names in beauty, fashion and women's lifestyle. We're looking for a Senior Creative to shape the visual direction of our work and carry it across every brand we touch.

This is a role for someone with an editor's eye and a strategist's discipline. You'll move fluidly between brands, each with its own codes and guidelines, and treat those guidelines as the foundation for great work rather than a limit on it. We value restraint as much as imagination, and the best work here tends to come from knowing exactly when to push and when to hold back.

You'll bring

- At least five years in a design or content role, with a background in editorial and/or brand
- Experience in fashion and/or beauty
- Mastery of the full Adobe Creative Suite
- Accomplished video editing skills




- Meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for brand guidelines

Ideally, you'll also have a working knowledge of lighting setups and filming social-first content Above all, we're looking for someone who keeps evolving, brings a point of view to every brief, and finds current ground for a brand without ever losing sight of who that brand is.
