We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Practice Manager to join our established dental practice.
This is a hands-on position that would suit someone with previous reception or dental experience who has developed some leadership skills and is ready to take the next step in their career.
You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day — a large part of this role is working alongside the team on reception, assisting patients, answering phones, managing appointments and supporting the smooth running of the practice. Alongside these day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills and take ownership of various aspects of practice operations.
About the role
Working alongside a team, your role will include:
- Providing friendly and professional reception and patient care
- Answering phones, managing appointments and assisting with patient enquiries
- Treatment coordination and supporting patients through their treatment journey
- Managing day-to-day practice operations
- Supporting and guiding the reception and clinical team
- Assisting with staff training, development and performance
- Ordering stock and coordinating laboratory work
- Assisting with accounts, reporting and practice administration
- Maintaining practice policies, procedures and compliance
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and the patient experience
- Working closely with the dentists and practice owner to keep the practice running smoothly
About you
This role would suit someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You may currently be working as a senior receptionist, dental receptionist, team leader, coordinator or in another customer-focused role and be looking for an opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills.

Dental experience is highly advantageous, but we are also open to the right person with strong reception, administration and leadership experience.
