We’re partnering with an independent eCommerce agency specialising in Shopify in Sydney to find a Project & Delivery Lead with strong Shopify experience .

This is a senior delivery role sitting across the studio, helping make sure projects and retainers are properly planned, resourced and delivered.

You’ll have visibility across multiple workstreams and keep a close eye on scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing and overall delivery health. You’ll also work closely with Client Success, Design and Engineering, support the wider delivery team and help improve how work gets delivered across the agency.

What you’ll be doing

- Overseeing delivery across multiple eCommerce projects and retainers
- Managing resourcing, capacity planning and forecasting
- Keeping projects on track across timelines, budgets, scope and profitability
- Spotting risks, blockers and delivery issues early
- Supporting and coaching Project Managers and client-facing teams
- Improving delivery processes, planning and reporting




- Working closely with Design, Engineering and Client Success
- Supporting scoping, feasibility and pre-sales where needed

What we’re looking for

- Robust eCommerce agency delivery experience
- Hands-on experience delivering Shopify or Shopify Plus projects
- Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial awareness across budgets, scope and profitability
- Experience with resource planning, forecasting and utilisation
- Confident client and stakeholder communication
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
