- We’re seeking a full-time senior events producer
- Must have events agency experience, particularly with creative corporate conferencing and brand experience delivery in the mix

THE ROLE

? Collingwood/Fitzroy location (flexible work model ~2 days/wk in our co-working office)

? Preferably Melbourne-based

? Full time (though we’re open to 4days/wk if that suits you better)

? 120-130k + super per annum, dependent on experience

WHAT YOU BRING

- Advanced skills in project and stakeholder management
- Experience delivering a wide variety of event formats – particularly corporate conferencing and virtual events, brand, and event experiences, with content production skills highly valued too
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, both in-house and external (designers, content producers,



AV and technical partners, artists, video teams, animators etc)
- Demonstrated results in building effective and respectful client and supplier relationships
- Confidence in estimating costs and managing detailed budgets to deliver profitable projects
- Comfort in developing timelines and using project management tools to deliver projects calmly and on schedule
- About 10 years of experience in this industry, ideally a chunk of it ‘agency side’
- Proactivity, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and have a few projects on the go at once
- A desire to find solutions that are both creative and practical
