About the Role:

Providesengineering support for facilities and associated infrastructure. Develops,evaluates, and implements maintenance procedures for electrical and Mechanical systems.Responsible for business continuity and critical engineering uptime.

What you'll do:

Perform plannedpreventive maintenance of equipment’s as per OEM/recommended schedules.

Maintainsrecords for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Conducts LCA(life cycle analysis) for all the M&E; set up at the site.

Attends toissues related to Aircons and temperature controls in office premises.

Assists withproject scheduling and helps to monitor project budget and timeline.

Recommendssafety improvements and adheres to all applicable codes, regulations,governmental agency and Company directives related to power, energy andinfrastructure projects.

Monitors firealarm and general facility electrical systems.

Responds quicklyto emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

Performs otherduties as assigned.





To be back up tothe FM when he/she is on leave/vacation. Supervise FM operations, liase withvendors, LL. Provide timely updates to employees and stakeholders.

Bachelor’sdegree in electrical engineering with a minimum of ten years related industryexperience.

A valid driver’slicense with a good driving record for applicable vehicles, withoutrestrictions, or limiting conditions. (Corrective lenses permitted)

Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analyticalskills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service tocustomers. Ability to effectively present information.

Requiresknowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to prepare opex and Capexbudgets. Conducts basic financial analysis.

Ability tocomprehend, analyse, and interpret documents.



Ability to solve problemsinvolving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical andquantitative skills.

Must possess athorough knowledge of the use, setup and operation of Windows-based computersand desktop applications such as MS-Word and MS-Excel.

Must be familiarwith the design and specification of new equipment, including electricaldistribution systems, motors, variable frequency drives, controls, lighting,electrical auxiliaries, etc.

Decisions madewith understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set resultsand deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors injudgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor. Why CBRE
