We’re partnering with a well-regarded boutique investment group looking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager into a broad, high-ownership role.

You’ll sit close to the investment team and senior leadership, with responsibility across the finance function and genuine exposure to the wider business.

The role:

- Own financial, management and statutory reporting
- Oversee fund, trust and corporate accounting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audit and tax
- Work closely with senior leadership and investment teams
- Support transactions, new funds and broader investment activity
- Drive improvements across reporting, systems and processes
- Take ownership across a lean finance function

About you:

- CA / CPA / ACCA qualified
- Strong Finance Manager,



Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller background
- Experience across funds, investment management, property or financial services
- Technically solid with good commercial judgement
- Comfortable operating in a smaller, high-performing environment
