Role Description:

The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Perth, WA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing month-end and year-end processes, preparing management reports, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and compliant financial records.

Manager will develop and refine financial models, support pricing and investment decisions, and provide insights to leadership on performance, risks,



and opportunities. The role also includes managing relationships with external auditors and advisors, improving financial systems and processes, and supporting cross-functional teams with sound financial guidance.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Experience in cash flow management, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
- Advanced skills with financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP platforms, reporting software).
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; qualified qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) is highly regarded.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or high-growth environments is beneficial.
