Solutions are tailored to client priorities and circumstances, yet you’re not afraid to propose alternatives outside of the box.

4. You enjoy complex HR matters: You can competently and autonomously manage special projects, complex industrial relations matters and Fair Work claims. The tricky situations excite you and don’t fright you.

5. You’re a natural influencer: Your advice is reassuring and your rapport with others is strong and genuine, resulting in you positively influencing client decision making – whether that be to follow certain advice, or commence a new project.

6. You champion Employii’s KPIS: Leading by example, you support the broader HR Team to achieve their KPIs which are centred around providing efficient, accurate, considered, responsive and approachable advice.

7. You bring positive energy as a leader: Guiding junior HR professionals directly, and offering assistance to the broader HR Consulting team, you are a coach, a mentor and a leader who achieves success through role modelling and lifting others up around you.

8. You’re a people person:

You build rapport easily and make people feel at ease. You collaborate, communicate and invest in relationships. You don’t work in isolation.
