We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join various teams in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.

As a APS 6 Senior IT Systems Administrator, you'll work in a dynamic and complex technology setting, providing technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to team members while supporting the delivery of critical enterprise systems and services. You will investigate and resolve complex operational and technical issues, provide specialist advice, and contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of technology solutions, platforms and services. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, service providers and technical specialists, you'll help deliver projects, manage competing priorities and achieve quality business outcomes.

You will apply contemporary practices across areas such as cloud technologies, automation, security and service management, while identifying opportunities to improve system performance, reliability and operational effectiveness.

Applications and technologies used across these roles may include:

- Cloud and Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, AWS Organisations, EC2, Fargate, S3, Lambda, RDS, FSx, CloudFormation, AWS CDK,



container orchestration services and Infrastructure as Code.
- Enterprise Platforms and Applications: Sitecore XP, Content Hub, SAP Basis, Siebel, IBM FileNet, IBM Enterprise Records, DataHub and Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Purview and Copilot.
- DevOps and Automation: Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, Ansible AWX, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell, Python and Bash. • Data and Integration: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, MongoDB, MySQL, REST APIs, API Gateway, IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise, Power BI and OpenSearch/Elastic.
- Security and Identity: IAM, SSO, MFA, Federation, Microsoft Entra ID, network security controls, WAF, certificate management and vulnerability management.
- Monitoring and Operations: ServiceNow, ITIL, AppDynamics, ExtraHop, Splunk, CloudWatch, Pingdom, Jira and Confluence.
- Operating Systems and Networking: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, Windows Server, DNS, load balancers, VPNs and enterprise networking technologies.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney or Townsville.
