Senior/Lead Piping, Structural & Civil Designers

We are currently recruiting for multiple Senior and Lead Piping, Structural and Civil Designers to join established engineering and project delivery teams in Perth.

These positions will suit experienced designers with a background in mineral processing, mining or resources projects, with opportunities across a range of new projects, studies and existing operations.

The tasks you’ll perform:

- Produce high-quality 3D models, layouts and detailed engineering drawings using relevant design software.

- Develop designs and drawings in accordance with engineering specifications, project requirements and applicable Australian Standards.

- Work closely with engineers, project teams, clients, vendors and other disciplines to deliver design packages.

- Review and incorporate vendor drawings, technical documentation and engineering data.

- Assist with the development of design solutions across mineral processing plants and associated infrastructure.

- Ensure drawings and models are completed to project standards, specifications and agreed schedules.

- Maintain design quality, accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Participate in design reviews and resolve technical and drafting issues as required.





- Manage assigned work within agreed timeframes and budgets.

The expertise you’ll bring:

- Senior or Lead-level design experience within mining, mineral processing or resources projects.

- Strong experience in your relevant discipline: Piping, Structural or Civil Design.

- Proficiency with relevant design software, with experience in Bentley OBD, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD highly regarded.

- Experience working on processing plants, mine infrastructure or associated resources projects.

- Experience across gold, base metals, iron ore or other mineral processing projects is advantageous.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, calculations and technical documentation.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality design deliverables.

- Ability to work effectively with engineers, project teams, clients and other stakeholders.

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
