We’re looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a major Australian energy infrastructure business on a 12-month contract.
Working as part of an established legal team, you’ll support major energy and infrastructure projects, advising on:
Key Responsibilities
- Major project and infrastructure contracts, including EPC and design & build
- Complex commercial agreements across engineering, equipment supply and services
- Strategic transactions, joint ventures and infrastructure partnerships
- Contractual risk across project delivery
- Corporate and governance matters as required
Candidate Requirements
- You’ll ideally have 12+ years’ PQE with robust projects and commercial contracting experience gained across energy, infrastructure, construction or resources.
- This role would suit a senior lawyer who is commercially minded, comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
