The Opportunity
We are looking for a capable, commercially minded marketer to join Ctrl and work closely with our Head of Brand to deliver our marketing strategy.
This is an execution-focused marketing role with strategic input. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking a marketing objective or campaign concept and turning it into activity across digital, content, campaigns, CRM, social, email, website and events – then measuring it's impact.
A key part of the role is balancing marketing best practice with brand. We want someone who understands that our brand, personality and tone are important differentiators.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, email, events and targeted/account-based activity; from audience identification and strategy through to execution and optimisation.
- Drive digital performance and lead generation across SEO, AI/LLM search optimisation, paid and organic social, website, email, automation, database segmentation and nurture programs.
- Connect marketing technology and data across CRM, automation and digital platforms to improve customer experiences,
campaign effectiveness and marketing outcomes.
- Develop compelling campaigns and creative by identifying opportunities to challenge conventional B2B marketing approaches, briefing and coordinating creative, and ensuring work is distinctive and on-brand.
- Bring the brand to life through every marketing channel, balancing brand, creativity and differentiation with performance and lead-generation objectives.
- Measure and communicate marketing performance, using data and analytics to understand what is working, demonstrate ROI, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate and help deliver events including planning, promotion, audience engagement, creative and communications, on-the-ground delivery, follow-up and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a marketing agency environment is preferred, particularly across multiple B2B clients, or in-house within a B2B technology or cybersecurity industry environment.
- Robust understanding of B2B marketing and the longer, more considered buying journeys associated with enterprise audiences.
- Able to demonstrate previous work through a portfolio of campaigns, content, creative or other marketing activity.
- Ideally has experience working with a recognised B2B brand and can demonstrate how their work contributed to measurable outcomes.
