Priceline Pharmacy Potts Point is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Shift Supervisor. Our pharmacy has a strong focus on beauty and skincare, and we are looking for someone with an interest in these topics to join us.

Full Time hours from

Tuesday to Friday 1 -8

Saturday 8-6

As a shift supervisor you will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers while leading the team and assisting the Retail Manager.

We are looking for a leader with initiative, who is committed to delivering a high level of customer service and has a passion for healthcare and building rapport with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Opening and closing the store.

· Assisting with customer enquiries, making decisions and providing excellent customer service · Stocking, merchandising and maintaining the store presentation standards

· Assisting with inventory management

· Providing general advice on skincare, beauty and healthcare products

· Handling cash and processing sales

· Participating in promotional activities and marketing events

Requirements: -

· Interest in beauty and skincare categories





· Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

· Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and be trained

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

· Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not essential

· Available to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings

S2/S3 certificate - desirable or to be completed in the first 4 weeks of employment.
