We are looking for a senior consulting leader with deep Banking & Financial Services expertise to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building executive-level relationships, shaping strategic transformation initiatives, and driving business growth across leading financial institutions.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to deliver high-impact transformation programs across digital banking, payments, risk, regulatory change, customer experience, and technology modernisation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build trusted relationships with senior banking and financial services executives.
- Drive consulting engagements from strategy through to successful delivery.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, proposals, and client solutions.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives including digital banking, payments, risk, data, AI, and regulatory programs.




- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership.
- Support key client accounts and help shape the future of banking transformation.

What We're Looking For

- 15+ years' experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting.
- Proven success delivering complex business and technology transformation programs.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing strategic outcomes.
- Expertise in one or more areas such as Digital Banking, Payments, Risk & Compliance, Wealth Management, Open Banking, Lending, or Core Banking Transformation.
