Join RoadTek on the Sunshine Coast as a Senior Project Manager and lead the Road Maintenance Contract program across a diverse portfolio of maintenance and delivery activities.

Provide strategic leadership, governance, technical expertise and contract management while overseeing program performance, budgets, risks and resources.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead integrated program delivery to achieve quality outcomes, value for money and alignment with Transport and Main Roads and client objectives.

Lead a high-profile road maintenance program that keeps communities connected and Queensland moving. RoadTek is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can bring together people, priorities and partners to deliver safe, reliable and value-for-money outcomes across the Sunshine Coast.

Based from our Corbould Park depot, you'll be part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering essential services to the community while working in a supportive and safety-focused setting. You will manage a varied portfolio that includes incident response, maintenance, rehabilitation and business projects. You will coordinate the people, resources, contractors and suppliers required to deliver quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget.

In This Role, You Will

- Lead the planning and delivery of road maintenance, incident response, repair and rehabilitation activities.
- Coordinate people, resources and suppliers to achieve safe, timely, quality and cost-effective outcomes.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, tenders, contracts and commercial performance.
- Maintain strong governance, risk management, assurance and reporting.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and drive consistent systems,



technology and continuous improvement.

You make sound decisions under pressure, bring people together around shared goals and create an environment where accountability, safety and teamwork are valued. To Thrive In This Role, You Will Bring

- Success leading complex programs, portfolios or multidisciplinary operations in civil construction, road maintenance or a comparable delivery environment.
- Strong program, commercial and contract management capability, including governance, planning, procurement, supplier performance and financial oversight.
- The ability to lead through ambiguity, balance competing priorities and make practical, evidence-based decisions under pressure.
- A collaborative leadership style that builds capability, accountability and positive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A genuine commitment to safe, respectful and inclusive work practices and continuous improvement.
