The Recruit Group is working with a high-performing, growing client-side project management consultancy based in Brisbane CBD, with an exciting chance for either a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager. With a strong pipeline across Queensland, you'll have genuine autonomy to run your own projects, direct client exposure and the prospect to work across a diverse range of sectors and project types.

The Projects:

You'll work across a diverse portfolio spanning:

- Commercial & mixed-use
- Health & education
- Infrastructure & transport
- Residential & development
- Sport & recreation
- Retail, industrial & childcare

You'll work with a mix of leading developers, builders, private clients and government-related organisations, giving you plenty of variety across your project portfolio.

The Role:

You'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, builders and key stakeholders. A key part of the role is having the autonomy to run your own projects, managing the program, budget, consultants and stakeholders while making decisions and driving projects forward.

About You:





We're open to candidates from construction, architecture, engineering or property backgrounds, with:

- Strong project delivery experience
- Client-side or consultancy experience highly regarded
- Good understanding of budgets, programs, contracts and risk
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
