Your Role
You’ll take charge of a clean, 160-property portfolio supported by an experienced Leasing Consultant and Administrator.
This is a well-structured position focused on maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, with minimal stress and maximum support. Key responsibilities:
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and arrears
- Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
- Mentor and support your Leasing Consultant
- Prepare bond claims and attend tribunal hearings as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable car
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
