The Senior Regulatory Assessment and Review Officer delivers high-quality administrative and coordination support to enable effective regulatory and inspectorate operations. The role manages workflows, supports reporting and correspondence, and ensures timely, consistent services for consumers and practitioners. It also maintains records, monitors enquiries, and ensures compliance with organisational standards and legislative requirements.

What we are looking for:

- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support, including coordinating workflows, maintaining records, and supporting procurement processes to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
- Prepare and contribute to correspondence, reports, briefings, and data analysis to support decision-making and business operations.
- Manage enquiries and escalations, acting as a key point of contact while ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
- Support team coordination and service delivery by building strong relationships, maintaining compliance with policies and systems, and contributing positively to team outcomes.

BPC is Victoria's regulator for building and plumbing.

It supports the growing Victorian community through the developments of harms-based regulation that is proactive and informed by data and intelligence. The BPC regulates for better consumer outcomes and is committed to safety, compliance and buildings that last.

The BPC's aim is to improve the experience for consumers in the building system by overseeing all aspects of building quality control - regulation,



insurance and dispute resolution.
