Role - Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect / Integration Architect to support a large-scale TechnologyOne transformation program.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of solution and integration architecture across TechnologyOne Property & Rating, CRM platforms and customer-facing digital services. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and vendors, you will ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications while delivering scalable, secure and future-focused solutions.

Employment Type and Duration: Contract until March 2027 with expected long-term extensions

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Location: Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

· Design end-to-end solution and integration architecture across TechnologyOne and associated enterprise platforms

· Lead architecture activities for TechnologyOne Property & Rating and related revenue management functions

· Design integrations between TechnologyOne, CRM platforms, customer portals and enterprise applications

· Define API, middleware, integration and data flow standards

· Produce architecture artefacts, solution designs and technical specifications

· Facilitate architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders

· Provide technical leadership across the transformation program

· Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives

· Support integration strategy, governance and delivery activities

· Collaborate with vendors,



delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Integration Architect or similar senior architecture role

· Strong hands-on experience with TechnologyOne Property & Rating

· Experience integrating TechnologyOne with CRM, digital and customer-facing platforms

· Strong expertise in API design, enterprise integration and middleware solutions

· Experience designing enterprise application and data integration architectures

· Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices

· Experience delivering ERP, enterprise application or digital transformation programs

· Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills

· Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions

· Strong documentation and architecture governance experience

Qualifications & Clearance

· TechnologyOne OneCouncil experience highly regarded

· Local Government experience highly regarded

· Experience with rates, revenue, property and valuation business processes desirable

· Experience integrating TechnologyOne with CRM platforms, customer self-service portals, GIS solutions, payment gateways and document management systems highly regarded

· Relevant architecture, integration or enterprise technology certifications advantageous
