and monitoring performance + Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment + Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery of products + Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize costs + Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments + Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments + Ensure temperature integrity for stock are maintained and data collected + Escalate errors to the relevant Manager + Ensure compliance of all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines by all direct reports + Complete other duties as assigned **Skills and Experience:** + Proven experience as a warehouse team leader or similar role + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices + Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills + Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team + Proficient in inventory management and software systems + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities + Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices **?????:** ??
