Be part of something new. We're opening a landmark restaurant at The Powerhouse Parramatta, one of Western Sydney's most anticipated cultural destinations, and we're looking for experienced Waiters and Senior Waiters to help bring it to life. Our culture is built to spark your creativity and curiosity, and to celebrate the natural talent you bring to the floor.

We're now recruiting to our opening team, focusing on warm, professional service and a genuine love of food and wine (both full-time, part time and casual opportunities available). Working closely with restaurant management, you'll help create a casual fine dining experience that keeps diners, visitors and locals coming back.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll run a section across our casual fine dining floor, guiding guests through the menu and wine list, and working closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service sharp. There's real scope to grow here, including wine training and a path toward supervisor roles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING





- Delivering warm, professional service across lunch and dinner
- Guiding guests through our seasonal menu and extensive wine list
- Running your own section during busy services (Senior Waiters)
- Working with the sommelier and kitchen team to keep standards high
- Upselling and recommending signature dishes, wine and drink pairings
- Checking ID and upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
- Handling cash, credit and debit card transactions accurately and following cash handling procedures
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
- Keeping the floor, tables and service stations clean and well-presented

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 2 to 3 years in a quality restaurant or fine dining venue
- Genuine wine knowledge and an appetite to learn more
- Current NSW RSA
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Strong POS and cash handling skills
- A passion for great service and working as part of a team
