About Our Client

Our client is a global technology business that designs and manufactures intelligent optical sorting solutions for the waste management and recycling industry. - Commission, install and configure advanced optical sorting equipment at customer sites

- Perform preventative maintenance, breakdown support and fault-finding activities

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control system issues

- Configure machine software, sensors and system parameters to optimise performance

- Provide technical training and ongoing support to customers and site operators

- Travel extensively throughout South East Queensland and broader regional locations

- Support occasional interstate and New Zealand projects as required

- Collaborate with the wider engineering team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes





The Successful Applicant A successful Service Engineer should have:

- Multi-skilled engineer with mechanical, electrical and systems experience

- Field service, maintenance or commissioning background within industrial equipment

- Experience with automation, sensors, controls or process equipment highly regarded

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability across multiple disciplines

- Comfortable working independently in customer-facing environments

- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, with the ability to travel to Recent Zealand
