The Role

We’re looking for a vibrant and passionate casual Showroom & Community Engagement Coordinator to bring the Loco Love brand to life - both in-store and online.

This role is all about creating meaningful, high-touch customer experiences in our showroom while nurturing and engaging our growing community across digital platforms. You’ll be the heart and soul of the showroom, ensuring every interaction reflects the magic of Loco Love.

This is an as-needed role, with flexible hours scheduled Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 3:30pm.



Hours will vary depending on business needs, with no set or recurring schedule.

What You'll Do:

Customer Experience

- Create a warm, welcoming and high-energy showroom environment
- Deliver exceptional, memorable customer experiences that reflect our brand values
- Support initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer engagement

Product Education & Events

- Host in-store tastings, activations and events
- Educate customers on ingredients, benefits and sourcing practices
- Represent Loco Love at community and partner events

Showroom Presentation

- Maintain a beautifully curated and impeccably presented space
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail at all times

Sales & Customer Support

- Guide customers through product selections and purchases
- Offer thoughtful upselling and premium service (including gift wrapping and in-store perks)
- Contribute to achieving showroom sales targets

Community & Social Media

- Engage with our audience across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Manage DMs and respond to customer enquiries with care and enthusiasm
- Create and share engaging showroom content (stories, behind-the-scenes, events)

Operations

- Oversee daily showroom operations and end-of-day processes
- Coordinate online order collections and customer communication




- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory needs

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury customer service
- A natural people-person who loves creating meaningful customer connections
- Passionate about health, wellness, or conscious products (a bonus!)
- Confident using POS systems and digital tools
- Social media savvy, especially on Instagram and TikTok
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
