We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. We run earthmoving, concreting, retaining walls, fencing install services. This role requires robust leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.




- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the building and construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- First Aid certification (or equivalent) are preferred.

Must have:

- Drivers license and own transport
