No degree, no trade qualification—no worries! We just want experience in labor or civil construction. This is a role for someone who wants to grow!

We are a South Australian specialist construction business working in polyurethane resin injection, ground stabilisation and structural realignment across residential and commercial properties.

This is a hands-on construction role, no uni degree or certificate is required. This is for someone who knows their way around a job site, is confident with tools and equipment, and can work with minimal supervision.

You don't need previous resin injection experience. If you come from construction, civil, drilling, remediation or a hands-on trade and have strong practical skills, we can teach you our specialist systems.

What you'll do

- Polyurethane resin injection and ground stabilisation

- Structural and foundation realignment

- Drilling and installation of injection rods

- Operate specialist pumps, tools and equipment

- Read plans and determine drilling and injection locations

- Set up and pack down sites

- Work safely around underground services

- Guide and support less experienced team members

- Complete site reporting

- Communicate professionally with clients

You'll still be on the tools. This is a practical construction role, not a desk-based engineering position.

What we're looking for

- Has solid construction, civil or trade experience





- Is mechanically minded and confident using tools

- Can work independently and solve practical problems

- Is reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

- Is comfortable taking responsibility on site

- Can guide less experienced team members

- Takes pride in doing a job properly

- Wants stable, long-term work with room to progress

Experience in drilling, underpinning, concreting, civil construction, remediation, earthworks or ground stabilisation would be highly regarded.

You must have

- Current Driver's Licence (MR or HR Licence is highly desirable)

- White Card

- Australian working rights
