Remuneration: $1,522.06 - $2,171.40 per week+ 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Join the Women and Children’s Social Work Service at Campbelltown Hospital and make a meaningful difference in the lives of women, infants, children and their families. This diverse role offers the opportunity to work across maternity, paediatric and outpatient settings, developing your skills in a supportive team environment while providing high-quality psychosocial care.

- Work directly with women, children, and families at critical life stages and during significant health events.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, midwives, allied health professionals, and community agencies to achieve best outcomes for patients.
- Advocate for vulnerable patients and support equitable access to healthcare and community services.
- Develop expertise in maternity, paediatric, and neonatal services.
- Work within an experienced and supportive social work team committed to professional growth.

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred and trauma-informed care that supports the unique needs of consumers and their families.
- Exercise autonomy and sound clinical judgement to provide evidence-informed assessment, intervention and care planning.




- Work collaboratively within a diverse multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for consumers.
- Utilise strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a varied caseload.

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- A Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Demonstrated experience in a health related field and ability to provide a range of Social Work interventions.
- Demonstrated experience prioritising work and managing stressful situations.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills (written and verbal) and computer skills.
- Evidence of commitment to clinical supervision and professional learning.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to quality processes, and the application of evidenced based practice within social work.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
