Appointment to positions will be at either AHP1 or AHP2 classification, commensurate with the applicant’s level of professional experience, demonstrated competence, and capacity to perform with increasing independence, clinical judgement, and complexity of practice as outlined in the role requirements.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You will……….

Deliver high-quality social work services, including assessment, intervention, care planning, advocacy, and evaluation to support positive client outcomes.

- Manage a diverse and increasingly complex caseload while promoting independence, self-management, and wellbeing within the community.

- Contribute social work expertise to multidisciplinary service planning, care coordination, and the ongoing development of community-based programs

- Build strong relationships with consumers, carers, Aboriginal communities, and key stakeholders to ensure culturally secure and responsive service delivery.

- - Support quality improvement, service evaluation, professional development, and evidence-based practice across the Community and Allied Health team.
