We're looking for closers who already know they're positive. If you sell with integrity, close consistently and want to be paid for what you produce, keep reading. If you want to be carried, this isn't your role.

How it works

- You tell us when you're available. We fill those times with qualified, booked appointments.
- No cold calling and no door knocking. You turn up and close.
- Run the full in home consult, design the right system with the customer and close it.
- Sell solar, batteries, heat pump hot water, HVAC and EV charging.
- Hand the sale to our operations team, who take care of install, rebates and paperwork inc SolarVic apps and DNSP pre-approvals.

What you earn

- $200,000+ OTE for closers working a full diary.
- Commission only, paid on every close, with no cap.
- Appointments go to the closers who convert. Close well and your diary stays full.

What we need from you

- A proven closing record in in home or high value consultative sales. Solar experience is preferred but not essential.
- The ability to explain batteries, backup and payback clearly, without overselling.
- Your own ABN,



a reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence.
- Based in Victoria and able to travel to appointments across Victoria (locations to be discussed).
- A commitment to ethical selling in line with the New Energy Tech Consumer Code.

About AEU

Australian Energy Upgrades was founded in Geelong in 2017 by brothers Tom and Sam Vandermark. Tom is an A Grade electrician and has been in the trade since 2007. Our head office is in North Geelong, with offices in St Kilda and Sydney. We complete around 12-25 installs a week, covering residential work across all of Victoria and commercial projects nationally.

We're a Registered Electrical Contractor and NETCC Approved Seller. Our installers and designers are SAA accredited, and we install quality products. Our vetted installation partners carry out every job to our standard, so what you sell is what gets delivered.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
