Our Recruitment Process

We Want to See What You Can Do

At DSW Energy, we believe experience on paper only tells part of the story.

Our recruitment process is designed to make sure the role is the right fit for both you and the team.

1. Initial Interview

We’ll have an initial conversation to learn more about your experience, qualifications, solar and battery knowledge, and what you’re looking for in your next role.

2. Paid 1-Week Trial

Candidates who successfully pass the initial interview will be invited to complete a paid one-week trial.

The trial gives you the opportunity to experience the DSW Energy working environment and gives our team a practical opportunity to assess your technical knowledge, installation skills, workmanship, efficiency, safety practices and overall fit with the crew.

We believe this is the best way for both sides to see how we work together before making a longer-term commitment.
