We're hiring for multiple sales roles in Sydney!

Please note: you must already be based in Australia to be considered for this role.

Think Renewable is growing rapid, and we need energetic Sales Consultants to help more Australians switch to solar and battery. We're hiring for two paths, both based out of our Surry Hills office in Sydney, close to Central Station:

- Phone Sales Consultant. This is 100% phone-based and office-based. It's you, a headset and a pipeline of people who've already put their hand up.

- Field / In-Home Sales Consultant. You'll be out meeting customers face-to-face in their homes, building trust and closing on the spot.

New to sales? Brilliant, we'll teach you. Got a few years under your belt? Also brilliant, we'll sharpen you. We hire on attitude, coachability and hunger. Your CV matters less. Through the process we'll get to know your strengths and what drives you, then match you to the path where you'll do your best work.

What you'll be doing

Both roles

- Running consultative solar and battery sales conversations with warm enquiries

- Understanding each customer's needs (bills, usage, roof and home setup, future plans like EVs or batteries)

- Presenting the right solution clearly, handling objections and closing

- Completing contracts and documentation, and supporting finance applications where needed

- Owning the customer from first contact to close, including follow-ups and ongoing support

- Keeping your CRM notes and pipeline sharp and up to date

- Hitting (and beating ?) your KPIs and targets

Phone
- Working a high volume of warm calls from the office

- Building trust fast and closing remotely

Field
- Attending booked in-home appointments across Sydney

- Designing, presenting and closing face-to-face

- Building referrals through a standout customer experience





- Occasional regional trips

What we're looking for

- Experience in a target-driven role. Retail, hospitality, call centre, trade, field or any sales experience counts
- A confident communicator who builds trust quickly, whether it's over the phone or at the kitchen table

- Competitive, driven and motivated by earning what you're worth
- A doer who takes initiative without being chased
- A learner who's always open to feedback and getting better

- Strong organisation, follow-up discipline and attention to detail

- Comfortable with customer-friendly hours

- Field role: a full driver's licence and a reliable vehicle

- If you're not an Australian citizen, a Bachelor's degree is preferred for sponsorship purposes

The Package

- Phone& Field: $70k–$80k base + super + uncapped commissions, OTE $200,000+
