About The Role
Assisting the Sourcing Lead in supplier management and product data management to ensure data accuracy and cross functional collaboration to ensure the most appropriate cost, lead time, MOQ and service solution that aligns with WWG Strategic priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for Style costing and Product Data Maintenance in Bob: Liaise with suppliers to obtain costs and work with sourcing lead to ensure the best possible cost, shortest LT and lowest MOQ is obtained. Managing CWB and cost within the Bob System. Updating the costings in the Range Plan. Maintain the reasons of price fluctuation.
- Responsible for Style Set up and Product Data Maintenance of styles info in Bob: Manage style registration and all data maintenance in Bob. Fabric attributes set up. Contract pricing and price code maintenance. Review data attributes to maintain data structure and accuracy.
- Responsible for Supplier onboarding and Supplier data maintenance in Apex Pro: Evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers as per the WWG onboarding process.
Reboarding an existing supplier if the need arises due to any attribute change. Maintaining all data info regarding onboarding. Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the onboarding of new suppliers. Comply to annual process auditing.
- Responsible for revaluation of Stock: Perform costing revaluations as required by the business (currently twice a year) . Liaise with relevant stakeholder in the revaluation process.
Provide
Finance with the final upload of data.
- Responsible for Sourcing buy in Products: Actively source Buy in supply products for tender and client requirement. Finalise pricing with the supplier and manage supplier data maintenance. Making recommendation to sales on buy in products.
- Responsible for effective communication to Internal Customers and Stakeholders: Effectively communicate with Internal Customers and Stakeholders regarding outcomes of work undertaken and outcomes that impact their areas of responsibility (including but not limited to: pricing and operational matters - costs, MOQs, lead times, on time delivery, quality and compliance)

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’
experience in a similar role (preferably within an apparel manufacturing business)
- Experience in (including but not limited to) sourcing / operations / supplier management / data management / planning / purchasing
