Warrnambool Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Ballarat is establishing a new specialist clinic in Ballarat. We seek an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support delivery of high-quality specialist care and work closely with doctors, staff and patients.

You will lead the local administrative and clinical team, coordinate staffing and rosters, support recruitment and onboarding, monitor patient flow and clinic utilisation, and help grow current clinical services
