Prince of Wales Private Hospital in Randwick, NSW, is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager (Executive Chef) to lead the kitchen team and oversee daily Food Services operations. You will ensure nutritious, restaurant-quality meals for patients and drive kitchen efficiency, safety and patient engagement.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with chefs and diet staff, manage stock and labour costs, and maintain high standards of service in a private hospital setting.
