Trimech is seeking a Branch Manager in Australia to take ownership of the branch's operational, financial and people performance, leading the team and ensuring smooth delivery of HVAC/R projects.

You will quote HVAC/R works, manage schedules, monitor margins, build relationships with customers and drive growth while upholding safety and productivity standards.

Solid leadership, trade experience in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration or Electrical, and valid licences are essential.
