Join a growing pharmaceutical company as a Specialist Sales Representative for Dermatology in NSW South. In this role, you'll have the prospect to build meaningful relationships with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals across the territory.
You will join during an exciting launch phase, with several new products in the pipeline for further launches in the coming years.
What you’ll do:
- Drive sales and achieve territory targets through strategic customer acquisition and business development
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals
- Deliver compelling educational activities and product presentations
- Analyse territory data to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and medical teams to support product success
- Manage your territory efficiently, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement
Required Skills:
- Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, with minimum 1 year calling on specialist healthcare providers
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of clinical evidence and ability to discuss disease states confidently
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Strong territory management skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields
- Medicines Australia certification
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the territory, including regional areas like Canberra and the Northern Territory (covered remotely)
