$90,000–$120,000 + Super | Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time A growing multidisciplinary allied health clinic based in Campbelltown, supporting children and families throughout the local community is looking for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist who is excited by the opportunity to do more than simply step into an existing caseload.

As Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to help establish and grow Speech Pathology service while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists.

This is an opportunity to have genuine input into how the service develops, including its resources, programs, referral pathways and future direction.

You will work with a varied paediatric caseload aged 0–18 years, including children presenting with:

- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Developmental delay
- Speech sound disorders
- Language delays
- Literacy challenges
- Fluency disorders
- Social communication differences
- Other communication needs

Your role may include:
- Conducting assessments and intervention planning
- Providing individual therapy and group programs
- Completing clinical documentation and report writing
- Delivering therapy across clinic, community and educational settings
- Working closely with children, families, educators and other professionals
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary allied health team
- Contributing to new resources, programs and initiatives
- Helping shape and develop MyRecovery’s Speech Pathology service

You will have the autonomy to develop your own clinical style and professional interests while still being part of a supportive multidisciplinary environment. We would love to hear from someone who:

- SPA registration and eligibility to practise in Australia
- Current Working With Children Check
