About the role Reporting to the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you'll coordinate stakeholder enquiries, community engagement activities, communications administration and project reporting while acting as the primary administrator of the project's stakeholder management system. You'll work closely with project delivery teams, supporting communication and engagement activities that help keep communities informed and stakeholders connected throughout project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder enquiries, complaints and commitments through Consultation Manager (CRM)
- Coordinate stakeholder issues and drive timely resolution across project teams
- Support community engagement activities, stakeholder meetings and project events
- Prepare and distribute project communications, notifications and stakeholder updates
- Maintain stakeholder databases, reporting, project records and engagement trackers
- Build positive relationships with residents, businesses, landowners and community stakeholders while supporting engagement strategies and plans
About you You may already have experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, customer service, community relations or project administration, or be looking to take the next step in your career. We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong organisational, administration and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient with databases, reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience or interest in communications, stakeholder engagement, community relations or project environments (infrastructure experience highly regarded)
