Priceline Pharmacy Toowong is seeking an organised and motivated Stock Controller / Pharmacy Assistant to join their friendly community pharmacy team on a part-time or full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining stock management responsibilities with customer-facing pharmacy assistant duties.
The Role
As our new Stock Controller / Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently by maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting merchandising standards and assisting customers with their healthcare needs.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing stock ordering, receiving and replenishment processes
- Monitoring stock levels, expiry dates and inventory accuracy
- Maintaining a well-presented and organised retail floor
- Supporting merchandising activities and promotional displays
- Processing deliveries and coordinating stock movement throughout the pharmacy
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general pharmacy enquiries
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to the pharmacy team
- Assisting with general pharmacy assistant duties as required
Skills & Experience Required To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in pharmacy, retail or stock control preferred
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with inventory systems and stock processes
- A passion for customer service and creating positive customer experiences
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
- Robust communication skills and a proactive approach to your work
Pharmacy experience will be highly regarded, however candidates with strong retail and stock management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
