The role leads capital expenditure projects, asset-management initiatives, and Property Improvement Plans while protecting financial and guest-focused outcomes.

The OR will translate monthly reporting into Mandarin for Owner’s review and maintain a high-level relationship between the hotel and Owners to ensure smooth operations and
