Motorama in Australia is seeking a Frontline Manager to lead our service operations across Mitsubishi, Kia and Chery and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You will manage Service Advisors, oversee the day-to-day service department, and ensure issues are resolved promptly from drop-off to collection.
You will coach your team, drive efficiency with the Workshop Controller and Technicians, and uphold service and warranty processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
