A1 Building Solutions is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Site Supervisor to work across Port Macquarie, Laurieton and Forster. You'll deliver building and maintenance works for clients in the retirement living, social housing and NDIS sectors. This is a hands-on role involving carpentry work, trade coordination and the supervision of multiple jobs. You'll help keep works on schedule and meet our clients' KPIs for timeliness, quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry and general building works as required.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors across multiple jobs.
- Check workmanship against the approved scope.
- Identify site issues early and report additional works or variations.
- Keep clients and the office informed of progress.
- Maintain protected, tidy worksites and complete required site documentation.
About you
- Carpentry trade qualifications and a White Card.
- Experience supervising building or maintenance works.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage several jobs at different stages.
- A current driver's licence.
