Support day-to-day logistics, inbound freight, warehousing, inventory and fulfilment operations across Australia and New Zealand. The role works closely with the Logistics & Distribution Manager and focuses on operational coordination, shipment and order follow-up, inventory control, returns, reporting and 3PL support.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate freight bookings with freight forwarders and carriers, including pickup, shipment and delivery arrangements.
- Follow up suppliers and freight forwarders on international shipment status.
- Maintain inbound shipment schedules and track ETD, ETA, customs clearance and warehouse delivery.
- Coordinate shipping documents including CI, packing list and BOL/AWB.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs to resolve shipment or clearance issues.
- Support daily communication with AU/NZ 3PL warehouses.
- Monitor open and outstanding orders and coordinate retailer delivery bookings.
- Compare inventory between Cin7, 3PL WMS/portals and warehouse reports and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Maintain the returns / RTS tracker and follow up aged open cases.
- Maintain inbound, outbound, inventory, returns and operational exception reports.
About you
- 3-5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing or fulfilment preferred.
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses, carriers and freight forwarders.
- Good understanding of inbound freight and import/export processes.
- Australian logistics or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Cin7 experience is desirable.
- Robust Excel, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
