The position
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Adviser to join FYI as we continue to grow our team across ANZ and the UK.
This is a broad, hands-on position combining end-to-end talent acquisition with the opportunity to build your experience across People & Culture. You'll partner closely with leaders to attract and recruit exceptional talent, while supporting key initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, engagement and employee relations.
You'll join a collaborative People & Culture team where you'll have ownership of your work, exposure across the business and the opportunity to continue developing your advisory capability as FYI scales globally.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering with leaders from role design through to sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines of SaaS and accounting professionals through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn and referrals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with leaders and employees on day-to-day People & Culture matters, providing practical and timely advice across policies, processes and people matters.
- Work closely with the People & Culture Manager to support employee relations, performance management and broader people initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding, P&C; systems,
policies and processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve how we work.
About you
- 3+ years' experience across Talent Acquisition, People & Culture or HR, with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Looking to broaden your HR advisory capability, with an interest in building experience across employee relations, performance, engagement and the broader employee lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with leaders, provide advice and constructively influence outcomes.
- Highly organised and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities and P&C; activities within a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong communication skills and confidence using recruitment and HR technology. Experience within SaaS or technology environments will be highly regarded.
